The morning of July 16, 1945 saw the world's first nuclear test shot. Less than a month later the only two nuclear weapons used in warfare were detonated - or initiated if you prefer.[1] Since then there have been many nuclear detonations and many wars, but they have been isolated from each other. Once again I have a poll about what might happen with a third nuclear weapon used in outright warfare...

In August 1945 the only two nuclear bombs used in warfare were exploded. Since then there have been many nuclear explosions and many wars and battles, but the two have not combined again. There have been close calls, but so far the world has been fairly lucky.
