Dry Land:

Tricycle? Yep, as a kid. And it was a real metal trike, not a Big Wheel.
Bicycle? Yep. From single speed & coaster brakes, to 3-speed, 5 & 10/12-speed.
...built for more than one? Nope.
Unicycle? Nope.
Skates (old fashioned)? No.
Skates (in-line)? No.

Pogo-stick? Yes, but not for long. More work than it's worth.
Moving walkway? Yes - at airports
Escalator? Yes.
Elevator? Yes.
...that wasn't automatic? Yes.
Wheelchair? Yes, unfortunately. A broken leg in my youth. At least I didn't need it (the wheelchair, silly!) outside the hospital.

Used crutches? Yes, same reason as the wheelchair.
Used a cane (not just as a prop)? Yes. While I could have gone without, it would have been tricky.
Driven a three-wheeler ATV? Yes, back when they were still legal to sell.
Driven a four-wheeler ATV? No, not that I recall.
Driven a minibike? Yes.

Motorcycle? Yes.
...drive? Yes, a small Yamaha or Honda.
Driven a car? Yep!
...with manual transmission? Yes.
Driven a truck (any, small pickups count)? Yes.
...with manual transmission? Yes.

Driven a larger truck (moving van, semi) No. Haven't had to.
Driven a bus (beside a VW Microbus)? No.
Tractor (small - lawn)? I don't think so.
Tractor (large - farm)? Yes, but not for long.
Tractor with other machinery attached? Nope.

Steam locomotive? No. (Or it was so long ago I no longer recall.)
Oil fired locomotive? No. (Or it was so long ago I no longer recall.)
Diesel-Electric locomotive? Yes.
All-electric locomotive? (trolley, etc.)? Yes - in Vancouver.
Been at the controls of any while underway? No.

Been in a squad car? Yes.
...lights and siren going? Yes.
...and you were driving? No.
Been in an ambulance? Yes.
...while injured? No.
...with lights & siren going? No, at least not that I recall...
...and you were driving? No.

Cat/bulldozer? No.
Other construction machinery? No.
Tank? No.
Other military vehicle (beyond truck, jeep)? No.

Snow & Ice:

Ice skate? Yes, once.
Snow shoe? No.
Ski (cross country)? Yes.
Ski (downhill)? No.
Saucer sled? Yes. I don't recommend it - no control.
Non-saucer, non-steerable sled or toboggan? I think so, but am not sure anymore.

Steerable sled (Flexible flier, etc.)? Yes.
Dog-sled? No.
Sleigh? No.
Snowmobile? Yes. As passenger and as driver.
Been on a sled or such pulled by snowmobile? Yes.
Snowplow (not a truck with a plow)? No.

Animals:

Been on animal powered conveyance? Yes, a few, all horse-drawn.
Drive it yourself? One, yes.
Ridden an animal (relatives don't count)? Yes.
...with the animal not hand led or connected to something? Yes.
Ridden an animal not normally considered a riding animal? No.

Raft? Yes. Not a very good one, on a small pond.
