The most exciting phrase to hear in science, the one that heralds new discoveries, is not Eureka! (I found it!) but rather, "hmm.... that's funny...." -- Isaac Asimov
Normally I'd dismiss such a claim as crackpottery, but this was in an experiment at Sandia Labs. An experiment that was repeated as the first the result was considered unbelievable. The result seems to keep on happening. And they admit they don't know what is going on with other things in the experiment. It could be a weird measurement problem as the energies involved are much higher than anyone expected. But whatever it is, it's interesting.
