Sorry, anything that predates the 1960's is too politically incorrect to be a source of law. Time to put our full faith in the United Nations instead. :p
Incidentally, the reason WHY this is no longer the case in much of the United States of America should be an object lesson in why it is dangerous to deny Constitutional rights to categories of humans whom one despises. The first statewide gun control laws applicable to non-slaves were passed in the Deep South, and they were specifically aimed at preventing Negroes from keeping and bearing firearms, because the Southern whites knew that such armament made oppressing such persons highly dangerous to the would-be oppressors. In the 20th century, these laws were extended to apply to everyone. The descendants of those racist white Southerners now face losing their liberties because of their ancestors' desires to keep the black Southerners from sharing them.
