The interesting thing is that Spencer, IA is not all far from where I live now, nor is it very much different. All would need some more investigation. All except for #17, Branson, MO. That one is automatically out. The one surprising thing is that there are no suggestions for places in Wisconsin.

And to be clear, these are approximations. These are towns I could stand to live in, supposedly, but my ideal location would be a few miles outside of a small town. The only problem would be speedy net access. The rest wouldn't be a problem. At least not for me.
