What's all the fuss about over some documentary about guys who make or repair portable timepieces?

And time pieces there are! I was pleased with the movie's representation of them, and the loving exactness of the cogs and springs that were taken exactly from the panels of the comic and translated into the film version. Some would have preferred The Director (TM) to have stamped more of his own hallmark on the casings of the watches as represented in the movie, whether they be brass or glass. Even with a lack of squid and a number of product placements for Timex, the movie comes with a rating of two hands up.

PS. Nit: During the opening of the movie we seen a B-29 dropping an atomic bomb. The B-29 in question has a forward upper turret. All B-29 "Slicks" tasked with this particular mission had all guns apart from the tail gun deleted to improve their airspeed. Thus, this is hardly believable.

Syler from Heroes was also a watchmaker. I guess the moral is that everyone who tries to fix watches goes insane in the end.
