Banana is one of the easiest flavors to synthesize. A not-very-good high school chemistry student can do it. I know this from personal experience.

The "worst candy to get" reminds me of a schtick I heard a comedian do (wish I could remember who, so I can give him the credit) (Wording not exact):

This year for Halloween, I handed out ice cream sandwiches! [Audience groan] That's better than last year, when I just scooped it from the box! "Happy Halloween" [schlorp!] [Comedian laughing] Oh, you should see the looks on their faces! For some of them, this is the first real confusion they've run across!

Know what I've discovered for next year? Bouillon cubes are wrapped like candy!

Wait. That's *Banana* flavor in Circus Peanuts? Really? I always assumed it was the flavor of Styrofoam before the sweet'n'low was leeched out.

No.. when the sweetener is leached out of Cool Whip then you get Styrofoam.
