A Jarring Question

Minnesota's law regarding indoor smoking went into effect on the first of October. It's been very pleasant to be able to go into any restaurant and not have to deal with smoke. It is now quite jarring when I go somewhere else and get hit with the question, "Smoking or non?"

Date: 29 Dec 2007 16:37 (UTC)They solved the problem with a simple external smokers building called the Smokers Caboose. "A real Caboose BTW" They don't even have to worry they are missing the game, its heated and Fully equipped, including TV.
I can get my cheeseburger in stench free peace, and They can get their poison in warmth and comfort.
A big win all around.

There are a couple few in Fairmont that
jmaynard and I can now go to. One does a good breakfast (aside from the "You showed this water a picture of a coffee bean, at least?" coffee) and another makes good burgers. These are places that we tried, found we liked the food, but not the de-tox session needed afterward. The de-tox, for me, was taking a long shower and doing laundry almost immediately upon getting home so as to ward off the impending headache.
