New Level of LJ Account

Like LJ, want a few more features, but don't want to spring for a paid account? Well, if you're willing to put up with being advertised at, you can have just that. Here's the announcement. And here is the FAQ entry about what feeatures the account level gets.

Anyone not logged in, as well members of the new "Sponsored+" level, will see advertising. Paid and permanent account users who are logged in will not see the advertising. Free users will only see advertising when looking at the journals of anyone using the Sponsored+ account level. No ads will appear on any account that is not the Sponsored+ level.

I *do not* want to see ads. As if trying to scroll past all the emo LJs wasn't bad enough already...

As you have a paid account, you won't see any ads as long as you're logged in. And I rather agree, the less advertising I have to endure, the better off I am.
