For the first question, here is a definition of zaftig. I'm not sure zaftig has degrees, but someone suggested it as a poll subject, so here it is. Also, the person at the keyboard is 5 foot 6 inches and weighs, at the moment, about 180 lbs.

zaftig is the way the German word "saftig" is pronounced, and it means "juicy"; idiomatically, though it is also used to describe a naughty joke or a pretty girl.
