Are you taking the 'View Answers' link below the multiple choice listing? Your entry seems not to appear at all in the upper one, as if you hadn't selected 'other' for the multiple choice (and if you did, I don't get why it didn't take). Your text-entry answer does appear in the lower and is the first entry for it.
