MFF: Rectification

As mentioned in an earlier post I took up the matter of my registration difficulty with the MFF folks. My e-mail of last night was answered this morning, and answered very well. They will be sending me a check for $110 to refund the $100 sponsorship fee for 2005 and the extra $10 I had to pay for at-the-door registration. When the check arrives, which will likely be early next week, I will consider the matter to be at a satisfactory end.

Once you established where the fault lay, I was confident it would be resolved. Things appear to be handled more smoothly this year. Make sure your confirmation card has "sponsorship" on the mailing label, and save it in a safe place. ;)

Just went and confirmed that "sponsorship" was indeed on the mailing label. The MFF confirmation card is in a safe place, right next to the receipt for RCFM.
