inadequate responses. There's reasons to used a bleached flour- if you need a pure white cake, for example. It's not needed for almost everything, but there are times when it's called for legitimately.
Same goes for the cane/beet sugar question. The question really revolves around what you're making, and by what means.
the sugar question needs a "that depends entirely on what I'm making" answer. the flour answers can be modified to "I generally use x, unless there is a specific reason to use y."
