Neither does George W. Bush. Nor did Ronald Reagan. Clinton dodged the question when he was asked. I don't know what Bush Sr.'s position is but I'd expect him to also be unaccepting, since he definitely said that atheists should have no rights as citizens and refused to retract the statement when given a chance to do so.
