I like Heywood Banks. At least when I remember his stuff (maybe he's changed since), he was a bit off the wall. My favourite joke of his:

"People always asked me: 'Heywood Banks?' That's kind of a silly name. How'd you get that name?' Well, I tell people I was born on a holiday and when I was born, my mom turned to the nurse and said: 'Hey, would banks be open today?'"
