Found it!

I was hunting through my tape collection looking for something (which I did eventually find) and in the process stumbled upon an odd recording. Okkay, stumbling upon an odd recording in my tape collection is trivially easy as a significant part of it was recorded off the Dr. Demento radio show. Amazingly, this tune was not something from Demento. This was from one of the late Dr. Gene Scott's rambling broadcasts. I now have an mp3 of Kill Some Pissants for Jesus.
