As Jay got DSL from Blue Earth Valley, a few days ago I called Frontier and cancelled their DSL. This went as planned and the Frontiernet DSL was disconnected. All was well, right? Not quite. See, I kept checking my frontiernet email and not getting any errors (and getting spam, bleugh). So today I called Frontier again and, to my astonishment, got to a creature other than a phonemazebot right away. Confirmed the DSL was cancelled. To my even greater amazement, it was understood that the account should have been cancelled but was not. Well, that changed. The cancel order has now been entered. Hopefully it can be done quickly and not show up as a charge for November.
